Yuu was my first import from Nobi Atsumi, Yokohama-Atsumi Shibas, Japan. Yuu had an amazing show career. He won Best In Match his first time in the ring at 6 months old. He began his show career in September 2005 at 9 months of age. By show 6 Yuu had amassed 12 points including a 4 point major, BOB win over the No 2 Shiba, a Non-Sporting Group 3, Multiple Puppy Group Wins and Placements and a Best In Show Puppy.
Sometime we are faced with a difficult decision and we had to place Yuu into a pet home due to Mild Hip Dysplasia. Yuu is missed each and everyday. He was an amazing boy who loved life. We only wish we could get that excitment back that we felt while showing and living with this gorgeous boy.
Yuu is now living with the Miele family in New Jersey.
